How do you feel about the name "Redskins"? Is it offensive and need to be changed or is it honoring the Native American?

It's a name, People way too often let a name define them. I am offended by the people who would take offense to a name.

People let things get to them too much. I just dont understand why people are so sensitive. It is just a name and it isn't even close to being offensive!

The term can most closely be related to the N word... or that is what the media wants us to believe.

Well, I am a huge Redskins fan. If they change their names... I will be flipping coins to see who my new favorite team is.

The Pussification of America continues. We're all about participation ribbons, and making sure no one gets their feelings hurt. I'm embarrassed

I don't think any wants to deliberately hurt anyone's feelings, but I think people have gone too far in the other direction. Not everyone can have their way. Alturism is only a philosphical theory, it can not effectively be put into action.
