This past weekend, Hunter Mahan left the RBC Canadian Open at Glen Abby Golf Club in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, to be with his wife, who went in to labor.
The thing was, Mahan was in the lead of the tournament.
He potentially missed a $1 million payday to be with his wife.
What are your thoughts on Mahan leaving the tournament and possibly missing out on winning a tournament and a million dollars?
Would you do the same?

I apploud Hunter, The birth of your child is an expierence that no amount of money can make up for. Hunter is an excellent golfer and will have a very promising career, but I'm glad he put his family first. What we do for recreation, they do for a job. It is no different then taking paternity leave from your job.

I was listening to Lance Mcalister last night and he was getting the female point of view... The calls I heard were all in favor of staying in the tourney and bringing home the mill. I thought that was pretty interesting considering almost every guy that called in said they'd be there for their woman.

Exactly. But we already knew women were money grubbers... Am I right or am I right... or am I right? ::Crickets::
